Sing-A-Long-A-Musical Thank You

Thank you to everyone who came along and supported the fantastic Sing-Along-a Musicals last night. The Village Hall was packed and the singing sounded great. Together with the apple pie sales and a generous donation towards the cost of the hall, we have made over £200 for St Michael’s Hospice. I think that is an amazing achievement, and to think I was worried that nobody would turn up! Thanks to everyone who helped make it a success, not least our wonderful choir master Dorian, our talented pianist, Trudi, Mr Diva himself, Geraint, and our webmaster Chris. Thanks Guys, I couldn’t have done it without you. (Thanks also to Margaret for the last minute help with the projector screen!)
We’re thinking that Sing-Along-a Christmas might be quite fun? Anyone up for it?

Bramley is getting its own Christmas Tree!
Bramley is getting its own Christmas Tree and the grand switching on ceremony will take place on Saturday 5th December between 5pm and 6pm.
It will be taking place outside Bramley Bakery, and I say grand event, because yours truly, (Bramley Community Choir) are going to be leading the singing of Christmas Carols.
There will be mince pies and mulled wine supplied by Bramley Bakery, with the event also supported by Mekanix.
The ‘official’ poster can be found on Bramley265.
So mark this date down in your diaries as it should be one of our first public performances.
Pass the message around to your friends and family to
“Come join in the singing, meet up with friends, see the lights switched on and be part of the great community spirit that exists in Bramley!”
